NEWPORT — The Cynthian Township trustees have scheduled their end-of-the-year meeting and first meetings of the new year.

On Tuesday, Dec. 29, at 7 p.m., the trustees will meet for their final meeting of the 2015 year at the township hall, 3494 Elm St., Newport.

On Monday, Jan. 4, 2016, at 6:30 p.m., the trustees will hold its annual reorganizational meeting.

On Wednesday, Jan. 20, at 6:30 p.m., the trustees will hold its annual appropriations meeting. Following the meeting will be the Zoning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals reorganizational meeting.
