Sidney Fire Department conducts crew-based training Thursday morning, Sept. 20, at 512 N. Main Ave. in a home owned by the Shelby County Land Bank. The house is scheduled for demolition. Fire Chief Brad Jones said firefighters were utilizing tactics learned during June’s Underwriter Laboratories Firefighter Safety Research Institute’s live-fire experiments.
