DAYTON — The Area Agency on Aging offers community workshops called Healthy U to help people develop the skills and coping strategies they need to manage symptoms of chronic diseases.

In an effort to offer more regularly scheduled workshops throughout its nine-county region, the agency is conducting a four-day Healthy U/Chronic Disease lay leader training in the Dayton area on March 17, 18, 24, and 25. Roundtrip mileage to the training site will be reimbursed.
