Samaritan Works plans dinner, auction

SIDNEY — Samaritan Works Drug and Alcohol Treatment Program in Sidney has announced that ticket sales are now open for its Italian Cuisine Dinner and Silent Art Auction, scheduled for Feb. 20, at 6:30 p.m., in the Cameo Theater, 304 S. West Ave.

Tickets cost $10 and can be purchased in advance at High Grounds Coffee Shop, 705 Fair Road; Alvetro Orthodontics, 1102 Fairington Drive; Elsass, Wallace, Evans, Schnelle and Co., 100 S. Main Ave., Suite 102; or Sidney First United Methodist Church, 230 Poplar St. Tickets will also be available at the door.

The event will feature an Italian dinner with dessert and Italian soda bar and a silent auction of artworks by Mila Hamilton, Barb Sailor, Carrie Minnich, Deana Steinecker, Brad and Joni Dunham, Krystal Swiger, Kelly Walker, Teresa Wenrick, Stephanie Davis and others.

Samaritan Works supports men and women who struggle with addictions. It is a faith-based, in-house treatment program using an holistic approach to those who participate.
