SIDNEY — A printing error has led to the omission of information on February’s utility bill for Sidney residents.
Meter reading information was missing on February statements, according to city officials. The printing mistake did not impact the calculated amounts due.
The printing error was identified and the printing company is working to correct the issue.
Residents wishing to review their meter readings and view their most recent utility bill are encouraged to use the city’s free online utility billing service at https://cs.sidneyoh.us/MSS/citizens/UtilityBilling/Default.aspx or call the revenue collection department at 937-498-8114.
