Christian Academy Schools inducts students into National Honors Society

SIDNEY — Christian Academy Schools held their National Honor Society Inductions on Wednesday, Feb. 26. The speaker for the event was Rebekah Oglesby, an alumna of CAS, class of 2000. Oglesby would have been a member of the NHS; however, CAS did not have a chapter at that time.

Oglesby challenged the students to consider what is most important in life, beyond the four pillars that is their relationship with Jesus Christ. She challenged students to get right with God before it’s to late, as no one knows what today holds.

Current NHS members, Emma Michael and Emma Abbott, explained the pillars to the student body. Janay Michael, the NHS adviser, introduced the new members, Junior Addison Morris, son of Joe and Amanda Morris, and Sophomore Kylie Oglesby, daughter of Anthony and Rebekah Oglesby.
