SIDNEY — The Sidney- Shelby County Health Department announced late Friday afternoon that three county residents have tested positive for COVID-19.

The second person who tested positive is a man in his 30s. The third person is a woman in her 70s.

The county confirmed its first positive test on Wednesday. That person is a male in his 60s, and he has been hospitalized.
