SIDNEY — Temperance Lodge 73 of Sidney held its annual installation on Dec. 13, 2020 at the Masonic Temple at 303 E. Poplar St., Sidney.

Worshipful Brother Terry Davis installed the following as officers for a one year term ending November 2021: Terry L. Cupp as worshipful master, Thomas M. Smith as senior warden, Brian Huffman as junior warden, Darren M. Ike as treasurer, Robert T. Allen as secretary, Ralph Fearnley at chaplain, Nathan Phillips as senior deacon, Mike A. Perin as junior deacon, Cory Branscum as senior steward, and Robert E. Long III as junior steward.

At a stated meeting on Jan. 7, 2021, Worshipful Master Terry L. Cupp installed Joseph A. Chrisman as musician and lodge education officer.

Temperance Lodge holds stated meetings for members on the first Thursday of each month starting at 7 p.m. at the Masonic Temple.

Temperance Lodge has operated continuously in Sidney since its founding in 1825. Temperance Lodge operates under the auspices of the Ohio Grand Lodge which forms a component of the greater worldwide Masonic fraternity movement which officially began in London, England, in 1717.
