Ford produces, distributes masks

Buckeye Ford of Sidney General Manager Jerry McName, left, of Botkins, hands Sidney Police Detective Ethan Brown a bag of face masks manufactured by Ford. McName spent the morning of Tuesday, March 9, delivering boxes of the masks to local institutions. McName dropped off boxes of masks at Sidney City Schools, Fairlawn Local Schools and the Sidney-Shelby County YMCA. A box will also be headed for Botkins Local School. Ford has produced 70 million face masks so far to combat the spread of COVID-19. Buckeye Ford of Sidney was taking part in Ford’s Mask Donation Day.
