According to a Sidney Police press release, on March 30, 2021, at approximately 5:49 p.m., Officer Robert Benshoff observed a vehicle traveling northbound on Interstate 75 with a cracked windshield. Benshoff pulled out after the car and then the vehicle got off at the Sidney exit 92 at state Route 47.
