Ryan Partin, of Piqua, puts tape on The Spot so that when he paints the stripes he doesn’t overlap the colors. Eisner Painting has been putting fresh paint on The Spot for the last couple of weeks. All the white paint is finished. Partin expects to be done in a couple of days. Rain delays have impeded his work. There were no changes in the colors of the paint or the design.
