Sidney High School Athletic Director Mitch Hoying twirls his fiancee Julie Swartz, both of Sidney, through the air as the two danced to a mix of Michael Jackson songs during the Dancing With Our Stars Program at The Palazzo in Botkins Saturday, April 2. Local stars danced to raise money for the Shelby County Court Appointed Special Advocate/Guardian Ad Litem (CASA/GAL) program. The program is a volunteer, court based program that is responsible for recruiting, screening, training supervising and supporting community members to be advocates for Shelby County’s abused, neglected and dependent children in juvenile court.
