Elijah Miller, 13, of Sidney, bagged his first deer Saturday during opening day of the Ohio deer youth season. He shot the 8-point buck in Perry Township with a 20-gauge shotgun at 60 yards. The buck weighed 225 pounds. Elijah is the son of Matt and Michelle Miller and attends Sidney Middle School.
