Grand jury hands down indictments

SIDNEY — The grand jury issued a number of indictments, including automobile thefts, robbery, sexual crimes involving a minor, drug crimes, vandalism, and failure to appear for sentencing.

Ryan Eugene Boudreaux Durr, 27, of the Shelby County Jail, was indicted on one count of aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony. On or about March 25, 2022, Durr allegedly stole a gas scooter while holding what appeared to be a handgun to a victim’s head.

Jheramy M. Andress, 35, of Piqua, was indicted on aggravated possession of drugs (Methamphetamine), a second-degree felony, for events that allegedly took place on Sept. 13, 2021.

Holly D. Mowery, 39, of Troy, was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs and drug possession, each being a fifth-degree felony, tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, and possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony. On or about March 18, 2022, Mowery allegedly hid baggies of Methamphetamine and Fentanyl in her bodily cavity to impair their use as evidence.

Michael E. LeMaster, 51, of Sidney, was indicted on two counts of gross sexual imposition, one being a third-degree felony and one being a fourth-degree felony. On or about 2007, LeMaster allegedly observed a child under 13 in sexual contact with another for the purpose of arousing himself or the child. He also allegedly provided alcohol to a minor to encourage the child to perform sexual acts on another person.

Clint E. Reichert, 45, of New Weston, was indicted for allegedly conveying a prohibited item (Methamphetamine), on or about March 2, 2022, into the Shelby County Jail, a third-degree felony.

Richard Joseph Walker, 64, at large, was indicted on aggravated possession of drugs (Methamphetamine), a third-degree felony, and possessing criminal tools (bags and a pipe), a fifth-degree felony.

Devin M. Rupert, 20, at large, was indicted on two counts of grand theft of a motor vehicle, each being a fourth-degree felony. On or about Jan. 12, 2022, Rupert allegedly stole a white 2000 Dodge Ram from Elsner Painting. Then, on or about Feb. 1, 2022, Rupert allegedly stole a 2017 red Chevrolet Silverado.

Kaleb B. Fleming, 19, of Sidney, was indicted on one count of receiving stolen property and vandalism, each being a fourth-degree felony. On or about Nov. 25, 2021, Fleming allegedly stole a 2009 white Dodge and did $7,500 worth of damage to city-owned Landrum Soccer Field.

James Caleb Parker, 28, of the Shelby County Jail, was indicted on grand theft of a motor vehicle and failure to comply with an order or signal of an officer, each being a fourth-degree felony. Allegedly, on or about March 13, 2022, Parker stole a 2006 Black GMC and failed to stop after he was signaled by an officer.

Kyra R. McClain, 19, at large, was indicted on a charge of failure to appear for sentencing on March 28, 2022, a fourth-degree felony, after having been released on her own recognizance on Dec. 15, 2021.

Karen S. Schloss, 56, at large, was indicted on a charge of failure to appear for sentencing on March 28, 2022, a fourth-degree felony, after having been released on her own recognizance on Nov. 22, 2021.

Cody Ennis, 24, of Sidney, was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs (Methamphetamine) and one count of possessing criminal tools (a baggie), each being a fifth-degree felony, for events that allegedly occurred on or about Feb. 26, 2022.

Breea Johnson, 32, of Van Wert, was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs (Methamphetamine) and one count of possessing criminal tools (a container), each being a fifth-degree felony, for events that allegedly occurred on or about March 11, 2022.

Krista Jade Elliott, 29, at large, was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs (Methamphetamine), a fifth-degree felony, for events that allegedly occurred on or about July 9, 2021.

Orlando Johnson, 45, of Troy, was indicted on one count of drug possession and one count of possessing criminal tools, each being a fifth-degree felony.
