SIDNEY — A Community Prayer Service for Peace will be held Friday, April 8, at 7 p.m. at the Sidney First Presbyterian Church, 202 N. Miami Ave.

An evening of prayer and song is planned as the world continues to face challenges including the Ukraine invasion by Russia. The evening will allow participants to focus on the world, community and themselves as they search for peace.

The event is open to the public and is interdenominational.
