SIDNEY – The following people appeared for sentencing in Sidney Municipal Court during the month of October 2021. All sentences include the cost of prosecution:

William Mark Roark, 52, of Piqua, was charged with no operator’s license, $186 fine.

Travis Thomas, 40, of Sidney, was charged with driving under suspension, $261 fine.

Vigineswaran Tharsan, 41, of Quebec, Canada, was charged with commercial speed, $255 fine.

Abdirizak Dahir Dahir, 40, of Minneapolis, Minnesota, was charged with driving within lanes/continuous lines, amended to tail light, illumination rear, $261 fine.

Monika Grace Ferris, 25, of Sylvan Lake, Michigan, was charged with assured clear distance, $130 fine.

Edward M. Saunders Jr., 30, of Anna, was charged with assured clear distance, $136 fine.

Brittany R. Eary, 22, of Sidney, was charged with assured clear distance, $136 fine.

Zachary Michael Barnett, 21, of Wapakoneta, was charged with failure to stop at traffic light, $130 fine.

Jacob Ryan Grubb, 26, of Sidney, was charged with no operator’s license, $186 fine.

Jesse A. Felver, 43, of Sidney, was charged with driving under suspension, $111 fine.

Mitchell Timothy Gard, 32, of Richmond, Indiana, was charged with reasonable control, dismissed, $155 fine.

Edwin Keith Curry Jr., 27, of Shelbyville, Kentucky, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Kyrah Symonds, 32, of Dayton, was charged with driving under suspension due to child support/failure to appear and contempt, $161 fine.

Steven Hirby, 28, of Lakeview, was charged with reasonable control, $130 fine.

Suhu H. Khechen, 24, of Toledo, was charged with expired plates, $136 fine.

Jordan Lessing, 19, of Sidney, was charged with assured clear distance, $130 fine.

Richard K. Franklin, 55, of Heflin, Louisiana, was charged with reasonable control, $136 fine.

Steve W. Partin, 52, of Cincinnati, was charged with speeding, $125 fine.

Chasity L. Cook, 37, of Sidney, was charged with obedience to traffic control devices, $136 fine.

Michael L. Spencer, Jr., 34, of Sidney, was charged with obedience to traffic control devices, $136 fine.

Brylie Noelle Schafer, 27, of Centerville, was charged with assured clear distance, $130 fine.

Alexis R. Bouyd Lane, 28, of Sidney, was charged with no operator’s license, $288 fine.

Jerry L. Beair, 68, of Sidney, was charged with obedience to traffic control devices, $136 fine.

Michael J. Penn Davies, 54, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $181 fine.

Cody Koppin, 24, of Anna, was charged with speeding, $181 fine.

Matthew J. Delafuente, 25, of Sidney, was charged with failure to reinstate license, dismissed, $111 fine.

Justin Robert Poling, 23, of Sidney, was charged with operating moving vehicle with temporary permit, $136 fine.

Priscilla A. Walker, 65, from Dansville, Michigan, was charged with reasonable control, $130 fine.

Jeremy L. Altick, 48, from Lewistown, was charged with speeding, $175 fine.

Lorain Johnson, 54, from Sidney, was charged with no operator’s license, $186 fine.

Chase Markus Williams, 29, of Conover, was charged with speeding, $141 fine.

Grace Baker, 70, of Sidney, was charged with expired plates, $136 fine.

Blaine Carey, 24, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $141 fine.

Joy Irene Warner Marsh, 24, of Gettysburg, was charged with not stopping for school bus, $186 fine.

Richard L. Withrow, 38, of Jackson Center, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Kyren Jarrek Stanley, 19, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Roger D. Wilcox, 66, of Sidney, was charged with right of way/stop/yield signs, $136 fine.

Ashley Ann Christian, 35, of Sidney, was charged with driving under suspension and speeding, latter charge dismissed, $282 fine.

John P. Oreilly, 63, of Sidney, was charged with operate without reasonable control, $136 fine.

Brett L. Taylor, 38, of Sidney, was charged with driving under suspension, $261 fine.

Richard L. Gresham, 81, of Sidney, was charged with starting and backing vehicles, $136 fine.

Preston T. Crist, 19, of St. Henry, was charged with seat belt violation, $116 fine.
