Zachary T. Watercutter, 29, of Botkins, was charged with speeding, $141 fine.

Lisa Dawn Melick, 39, of Piqua, was charged with no operator’s license, $136 fine.

Jason M. Pohlschneider, 39, of New Knoxville, was charged with failure to reinstate license, dismissed, $111 fine.

Viola Richards, 86, of Sidney, was charged with driving under suspension and contempt, latter charge dismissed, $230 fine.

Kalip Issiah Crawford, 18, of Houston, was charged with speeding, $141 fine.

Riaz Ahmed, 37, of Commercial Point, was charged with turning at intersections, amended to lighted lights required, $261 fine.

James Roy Fields, 28, of Sidney, was charged with no operator’s license, $186 fine.

Jeremy Douglas Frew, 25, of Sidney, was charged with expired plates, $136 fine.

Michael T. Watkins, 59, of Anna, was charged with speeding, $141 fine.

Douglas Scott Astor, 51, of Centerville, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Ash Leigh Rose Dameron, 21, of Elida, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Monet Danita Church, 22, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, was charged with speeding, $175 fine.
