-4:30 p.m.: probation violation. Nathaniel Collett, 26, 807 Arrowhead Drive, was arrested on a warrant.

-2:21 p.m.: warrant. Robert Carroll Jr., 45, 1346 Logan Court, was arrested on a warrant.

-12:53 p.m.: contempt. Markus Cousey Jr., 25, 115 W. Vine St., Lima, was arrested on a warrant.

-11:27 a.m.: identity theft. Leah Shreves, 41, 1112 Fairmont Drive, reported that someone had filed a federal tax return in her name for 2015.

-10:47 a.m.: theft and criminal damage. Clark Alfred Jr, 53, New Lebanon, reported pop and money was stolen from a damaged pop machine located at 400 block of Folkerth Avenue in Sidney.

-10:23 a.m.: fraud. Deborah Clay, 68, 1445 Garfield St., reported that was scammed out of money by phone.

-7:25 a.m.: breaking and entering. Howards Tire on North West Avenue reported someone had entered the business.

WEDNESDAY

-10:15 a.m.: theft. Darrel Bender, 76, 693 Norwood Ave., reported a person he knows stole tools from his property.

Accident

Joshua Brunswick, 30, 4662 Cardo Road, Fort Loramie, was cited for failure to control after his vehicle struck a parked car on Thursday at 5:35 p.m.

Brunswick was traveling westbound in the 300 block of Doering Street when he lost control and struck a westbound parked vehicle.

Brunswick left the area after the collision and was located and stopped on Cisco Road near state Route 29 and

The owner of the other vehicle is Mark Goff, 320 Doering St.
