Brandon J. Houck, 40, of Sidney, was charged with failure to obey traffic control devices, $136 fine.

Bobbijo Elmore, 48, of Sidney, was charged with driving under suspension, dismissed, $111 fine.

Shane Daniel Kerrigan, 21, of Piqua, was charged with expired plates, $136 fine.

Catelynn Shurey Weiler, 31, of Sidney, was charged with assured clear distance, $136 fine.

Emma Nikole Tilton, 20, of Piqua, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Hunter Ryan Herrick, 22, of Houston, was charged with failure to stop after an accident, amended to hit and run, and reasonable control, latter charge dismissed, $213 fine.

Erika L. Miller, 25, of Lima, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Kayela M. Martin, 31, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $141 fine.

Roger T. Boeke, 63, of Minster, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Antonio Perez Edwards, 41, of Knoxville, Tennessee, was charged with driving under suspension and speeding, $212 fine.
