SIDNEY – The following people appeared for sentencing in Sidney Municipal Court during the month of March 2022. All sentences include the cost of prosecution:

Conor Gavin Linniman, 19, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Jayson M. Durr, 26, of Lima, was charged with driving under suspension and contempt, $163 fine.

Riccquwaun Chatmon, 22, of Toledo, was charged with no operator’s license and contempt, $161 fine.

Michael R. Eilers, 44, of White Pine, Tennessee, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Cody D. Carnahan, 24, of Lima, was charged with failure to transfer title registration, $130 fine.

Alexander Lluch Alcantara, 73, of Oregon, was charged with unsafe operation around an emergency vehicle, $130 fine.

Ean Bradley White, 19, of Fremont, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Ashley Webb, 32, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $175 fine.

Joshua Donavan Terry, 34, of Minster, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Corby L. Enochs Jr., 47, of Sidney, was charged with failure to reinstate license, dismissed, $111 fine.

Antonio J. Story, 29, of Fairfield, was charged with driving under suspension, driving in marked lanes, distracted driving enhancement and contempt, $282 fine.

Richard J. McGowan, 27, of Anna, was charged with speeding, $261 fine.

Terry Lee Sheeley Jr., 46, of St. Henry, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

James Peary Richards, 25, of Sidney, was charged with no operator’s license, $163 fine.

Terry Lee Penny, 22, of Piqua, was charged with failure to file registration, $130 fine.

Bruce Cox, 61, of Versailles, was charged with no operator’s license and turn and stop signals, $180 fine.

Caitlyn Marie Luthman, 21, of Versailles, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Quentin Hotchkiss Borts, 22, of Southfield, Michigan, was charged with speeding, $175 fine.

Noah Robert Davidson, 22, of Gibsonia, Pennsylvania, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Chisato Honda, 38, of St. Marys, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Ronald L. Egbert, 78, of Botkins, was charged with seat belt violation, $116 fine.

Lew Patrick Goodman, 57, of Botkins, was charged with seat belt violation, $116 fine.

David Lee Hamilton, 69, of Chatsworth, Georgia, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Teresa Robinson Harris, 59, of Douglasville, Georgia, was charged with seat belt violation, $116 fine.

Jami Holland, 40, of Hillsboro, was charged with failure to file registration, $130 fine.

Lauren Michelle Judy, 32, of Jackson Center, was charged with speeding, $211 fine.

Melanie Elaine McFarlin, 44, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $141 fine.

Matthew P. Davis, 40, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $175 fine.

Thomas R. Johnston, 72, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Nina J. Levin, 31, of Ann Arbor, Michigan, was charged with speeding, $255 fine.

Lindsey Nicole Mc Nett, 33, of Russells Point, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Zaiquez Wright, 23, of Troy, was charged with speeding, amended to operating an unsafe vehicle, $261 fine.

Chris S. Whalen, 47, of Sidney, was charged with expired operator’s license and driving right side of roadway, $161 fine.

Jarrett Cromes, 24, of Sidney, was charged with driving under suspension due to child support/failure to appear, $311 fine.

Alexander S. Crusey, 26, of Sidney, was charged with no operator’s license, $161 fine.

Amy L. Hoying, 37, of Sidney, was charged with failure to obey traffic control devices, $136 fine.
