Meredith McGraw, 19, of Bath, Pennsylvania, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Isaiah Jacob Schmitmeyer, 22, of Houston, was charged with speeding, $175 fine.

Dwight T. Lewis, 64, of Sidney, was charged with seat belt violation, $116 fine.

Timothy C. Anderson, 61, of Versailles, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Craig L. Phelps, 42, of Sidney, was charged with expired plates, $136 fine.
