Rebecca Y. Diomande, 34, of Sidney, was charged with expired plates, $136 fine.

Hannah Paige Gamble, 20, of Salyersville, Kentucky, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Travis Randall Hensley, 29, of Tipp City, was charged with failure to file registration, $130 fine.

Carson Garrett Manger, 25, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $175 fine.

Thomas M. McGuire, 55, of Zionsville, Indiana, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Timothy D. Metzger, 45, of Wapakoneta, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Kayla Riethman, 23, of Urbana, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a temporary permit, $136 fine.

Aryn Marie Doseck, 29, of Sidney, was charged with assured clear distance, $130 fine.

Owen R. Gabel, 19, of New Bremen, was charged with assured clear distance, $136 fine.

Wesley Dean Evans II, 45, of Covington, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.
