The elusive crawfish

Brett Card, 9, of Katy, Texas, looks for crawfish at Tawawa Park in Mosquito Creek on Tuesday, July 12. To Brett’s dismay he could only find dead crawfish where he usually finds tons of them alive. Eventually Brett went up a small tributary and was able to find living specimens to catch. Brett is in Sidney visiting his grandparents, Shirley and Bob Card for the summer. Brett is the son of Kirk Card and Jennifer Card.
