SIDNEY – The following people appeared for sentencing in Sidney Municipal Court during the month of September 2022. All sentences include the cost of prosecution:

Antonio Sanots, 38, of Harrison Township, Michigan, was charged with speeding, $175 fine.

Lilly Woo Quach, 28, of San Diego, California, was charged with speeding, $261 fine.

Anna M. Agnew, 20, of Lansing, Michigan, was charged with failure to file registration, $130 fine.

Matthew Edward Rich, 26, of Cincinnati, was charged with failure to file registration, $130 fine.

Kamal Ahmad, 30, of Atlanta, Georgia, was charged with failure to obey traffic control devices, amended to lights on a parked/stopped vehicle, $261 fine.

Edel Gonzalez, 48, of Tampa, Florida, was charged with assured clear distance, amended to operating an unsafe vehicle, $255 fine.

Joshua K. Danner, 38, of Sidney, was charged with failure to reinstate license, $111 fine.

Tyler James Darland, 33, of Sidney, was charged with reasonable control, $136 fine.

Khalid K. Sullivan, 28, of Knoxville, Tennessee, was charged with driving under suspension and contempt, $157 fine.

Stacy L. Cromes, 43, of Sidney, was charged with failure to control/weaving, $136 fine.

Melissa L. Henry, 45, of Sidney, was charged with expired plates, $136 fine.

Jeremy Lee Jones, 32, of Sidney, was charged with driving under suspension, $263 fine.

Merilee D. Farley, 46, of Fort Loramie, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a temporary permit, $136 fine.

Stephen L. Eberly, 62, of Inman, South Carolina, was charged with no operator’s license and reasonable control, $180 fine.

Brandon M. Engley, 34, of Sidney, was charged with failure to stop after an accident, no operator’s license, starting and backing vehicles and contempt, $163 fine.

Angel Lynn Linton, 35, of Sidney, was charged with failure to reinstate license, dismissed, $111 fine.
