JACKSON CENTER — Two Jackson Center High School sophomores had a busy weekend.

Avery Jackson, daughter of Anthony and Stephanie Jackson, and Kendall Reese, daughter of Jeremy and Erin Reese, both shot 10-point bucks Saturday morning, the first day of youth hunt. The girls played basketball Friday night at Bethel, were in the tree stand before sunrise Saturday morning, shot their bucks and were back at Jackson Center High School for 10:30 a.m. basketball practice.
