WEDNESDAY

-11:29 p.m.: contempt. Dusten Bingham, 33, 1525 Spruce Ave., was arrested on a warrant.

-5:37 p.m.: disorderly conduct. Robert Howk, 49, of Troy, was arrested for disorderly conduct after allegedly being found highly intoxicated in the parking lot of 1686 Michigan St.

-8:03 a.m.: burglary. Georgia Spears, 64, 402 E. Court St., reported the theft of her laptop.

Accidents

Taidge Ritter, 18, of Piqua, was cited for stopping after an accident on private property Wednesday at 9:53 p.m.

Ritter backed into another vehicle that was stopped and waiting to pull into a parking spot in the parking lot of Reliable Castings on Michigan Street.

The driver of the other vehicle was Chrystie Ward, 46, 531 Third Ave.

• William Smith, 58, 335 S. Walnut Ave., was arrested for driving under the influence after an accident on Tuesday at 8:22 p.m.

Lisa Minton, 46, 313 Bon Air Drive, was stopped and waiting in the southbound lane of travel on a vehicle to exit a parking space in Kroger’s parking on Michigan Street when Smith backed out of a parking space and struck Minton’s vehicle.

Minton was also driving under suspension.

• Tyler Paule, 25, of Jackson Center, was cited with operation without reasonable control after an accident on Tuesday at 5:45 p.m.

Paule was headed westbound in the 1700 block of Gleason Street when he passed another vehicle also headed westbound in a no-passing zone and lost control and flipped his vehicle on its top in the roadway.

There were no serious injuries resulting from the accident.
