SIDNEY — A benefit is being held this Saturday for a local woman fighting cancer.

Margie Hines has been fighting cancer since March 2015. She has been in and out of the hospital five times over the last year, and takes trips to Columbus and Troy daily for chemo and radiation. The cost of her treatments are difficult got her and her family to keep up with.

The benefit this Saturday, May 7, 2016, will be held at The Crossroads “The Old Hardin Grange”, 6070 Hardin-Wapak Road, in Hardin. The event will start at 2 p.m. and dinner will be held at 4 p.m. for a donation of $8.

There will be raffles, baked goods, crafts and live music. Other miscellaneous fun is promised. Questions about the event can be directed to Theresa at 937-397-7903.
