Jim Wiechart, right, vice president of the Midwest Electric board of trustees, has earned the Director Gold credential from the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. The Gold credential recognizes directors who have earned their Certified Cooperative Director and Board Leadership Certificate credentials and are committed to continuing their education throughout their service on the board.
