SIDNEY — A special wish is going to be granted Thursday at noon on the courtsquare in downtown Sidney.

A presentation will be made to David Stammen, 16, son of Doug and Robin Stammen, of Houston, who is fighting Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma.

Anyone wishing to attend the event in support of David is encouraged to do so. It will be held on the Poplar Street side of courtsquare.
