Lisa Adams, left, 13, daughter of John and Tara Adams, and Emma Westerheide, 13, both of Sidney, daughter of Jay and Anne Westerheide, clean marble maze pieces at the Sidney Cooperative Nursery School Wednesday, Aug. 10. Volunteers spent the day cleaning the school’s toys in preparation for preschool starting on Sept. 6. The girls and other volunteers are all coop alumni. They also helped out to earn confirmation hours from Holy Angels Parish.
