SIDNEY – The Ohio Department of Transportation District 7 is seeking public comments regarding the following projects:

• CHP-US 36-0804, PID 98636 – ODOT proposes to rehabilitate the US 36 bridge over Nettle Creek in Mad River Township, Champaign County. The project is necessary to address the deterioration of the existing bridge.

• D07-BH FY18(C), PID 98640 – ODOT proposes to undertake maintenance activities on five culvert systems in Darke, Logan and Shelby Counties. The project is necessary to address joint separations in the existing culverts.

• SHE-Main Street-SR 65 0547-0673, PID 102052 – The Village of Jackson Center has proposed an enhancement project on Main Street (State Route 65), within corporate limits. The project will include upgrade of the signal at Main and Pike Streets and new street lighting on Main Street. The project is intended to improve safety and enhance the corridor.

Comments may be submitted by contacting the individual below. Issues the public may wish to comment on include, but are not limited to, the effect of the project on local residents, air quality, the local economy, and historic or cultural resources. Comments should be submitted by Friday, Sept. 23, 2016.
