SIDNEY — There is good news for seniors in the area. Nutrition Services of Shelby County, along with Fair Haven, is pleased to join together with Clancy’s Restaurant for a breakfast site for seniors in the community (ages 60 and older and spouse) beginning Sept. 6, 2016.

A choice of four senior breakfasts will be available Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Each month, vouchers will be distributed to receive these breakfasts.

Seniors will receive eight vouchers for the month of September. Distribution for these vouchers will be:

• Tuesday, Aug. 23, 9-10:30 a.m., at Clancy’s Restaurant

• Thursday, Aug. 25, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Senior Center of Sidney-Shelby County

• Friday, Aug. 26, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., at Fair Haven Shelby County Home.

If you pre-registered in July, you will receive your vouchers. Those who did not pre-register will be required to complete a registration form before receiving vouchers.

These senior meals are made possible by funding from the Area Agency on Aging. Donations will be accepted to continue these services in our community. If you have any questions, please call Nutrition Services at 937-492-6900.
