Minster Oktoberfest pin unveiled

Monnin lives in Cincinnati but is a graduate of Minster High School. Monnin dedicated the design to his father Marv Monnin who passed away last summer after a 10 month battle with cancer. Kitzmiller also signed a proclamation declaring Oktoberfest will run from Oktober 2nd through the 4th in Minster.
