SIDNEY – A Shelby County Common Pleas Court jury returned a verdict after a three day trial in the case of Nona and Charles Weidner v. Darren Lee McClellan on Aug. 6. The total verdict rendered by the jury was $56,238.91 in favor of the plaintiffs against defendant Darren Lee McClellan.

The jury’s verdict stemmed from an automobile collision at the intersection of Wyoming Avenue and Hardin-Wapakoneta Road on March 22, 2013, in which Nona was injured and her husband received a loss-of-consortium verdict.
