Sidney Recreation Board
SIDNEY — The Sidney Recreation Board will meet on Monday, Oct. 3, 2016, at 4:15 p.m. in Municipal Building’s Council Chambers.
The board will vote on the photographs submitted for Sidney’s Parks and Recreation Department’s 2016 Photo Contest and will discuss a leash ordinance.
Sidney City School Board of Education
SIDNEY — The Sidney City School Board of Education will meet on Monday, Oct. 3, at 6 p.m. at the board of education office.
They will hear a presentation about the student trip to Spain, as well as discuss Sidney High School with the principals and athletic director. During the treasurer’s report they will accept a donation and amend the pay of a substitute employee. During the superintendent’s report they will hire staff. They will also hear a report from Upper Valley Career Center. They will hold an executive session for the purpose of considering the employment of an employee.
Sidney City Council
SIDNEY — The Sidney City Council will hold a workshop session meeting on Monday, Oct. 3, 2016, at 6:30 p.m. in the Municipal Building’s Council Chambers.
There will be a presentation on the Inflow and Infiltration (I & I) program annual updates and and on Buxton’s customer analytic service. Also, council will discuss the city’s snow removal policy and fire/EMS township contracts.
Council will review the upcoming Zoning Board/Planning Commission Agenda for Monday, Oct. 17, 2016, and review the prospective City Council Agenda items for the next 30 days.
In addition, council will also hold an executive session to consider the purchase of property for public purposes, a pending or imminent court action and the employment of a public official.
Fort Loramie Village Council
FORT LORAMIE — The Fort Loramie Village Council will convene for a finance meeting, Tuesday, Oct. 4, at 7 p.m.
West Central Ohio Network Board
SIDNEY — The next regular meeting of the West Central Ohio Network Board will be held on Friday, Oct. 7, 2016, at 9 a.m. at the West Central Ohio Network, 315 E. Court St., Sidney, Ohio, 45365.
