SIDNEY — Passionate Optimistic Women Encouraging Results (POWER), the Shelby County United Way’s Women’s Initiative, will host its second Snooty Fox bus tour fundraiser, Sept. 20.

Snooty Fox is a chain of designer consignment shops that sell clothing, home goods furnishings and more. A charter bus will depart from Sidney Memorial Stadium at 8:30 a.m. The bus will then visit five Snooty Fox locations in the greater Cincinnati area and attendees will receive discounts on already low-priced items. Refreshments will be served at each location, and Panera Bread-boxed lunches will be served for lunch. The charter bus will return to the stadium at 6:30 p.m.

Tickets are $45, and proceeds will support POWER programming for Shelby County children and their families.

Checks, payable to Shelby County United Way, may mailed into the United Way, P.O. Box 751, Sidney, OH 45365. Put Snooty Fox in the memo line of the checks.

The mission of POWER is to build a force of women philanthropists who develop financial resources, unite in service and are advocates for programs and initiatives that benefit children and their families in Shelby County.
