FRIDAY

-12:40 a.m.: arson. A car belonging to Brandi Franklin, 37, 602 Michigan St., was lit on fire behind her residence. Estimated damage was $10,000.

THURSDAY

-10:08 p.m.: theft. Michael Elliot, 41, 610 N. Main Ave., was arrested for allegedly stealing beef jerky from the Speedway on North Main Avenue.

-9:10 p.m.: theft. Kroger reported someone stole a case of beer.

-2:17 p.m.: criminal damaging. Jeffery Sailor, 216 E. North St. reported someone cut his tires. Damaged was estimated at $400.

-1:31 p.m.: possession of drugs. Ricky Sharp, 24, was arrested for possession, criminal tools and conveyance at 220 Doorley Road.

-9:57 a.m.: theft. William Wiseman, 31, 223 1/2 E. Court St., was arrested for theft.

Accident

Ravi Gurujal, 47, of Delaware, was cited for improper lane change after an accident Thursday at 3:03 p.m.

Gurujal was in a business parking lot on Wapakoneta Avenue trying to get directions. He then pulled out of the business to go north on Wapakoneta Avenue and struck another vehicle that was stopped in traffic facing south. The driver of the other vehicle was Joanna Burner, 68, of Toledo.

Fire, rescue

FRIDAY

-1:39 to 5:10 a.m.: Medics responded to two calls.

-12:39 a.m.: vehicle fire. Crews responded to a vehicle fire. The vehicle was a total loss. There was no damage to structures.

THURSDAY

-4:42 to 7:58 p.m.: Medics responded to three calls.

-4:10 p.m.: mutual aid. Firefighters assisted Lockington Fire Department with a shed fire in the 10000 block of Stangel Road.

-1:33 to 1:51 p.m.: Medics responded to two calls.
