Tootie visits UPS Store

Tootie the Traveling Tutu’d Turkey is on the move again. After visiting with the students at Northwood School, Tottie has moved to the UPS Store on Michigan Street. UPS Store employee Gina Freistuhler is helping her make a copy of a registration form for the 10th annual Turkey Trot, which is planned for Thanksgiving morning, Nov. 24, at at 8:30 a.m. at the church. So far in her journeys leading up to the Turkey Trot, Tootie has visited the Sidney Police Department to file paperwork for the 5K run/walk; Panache Day Spa, where her feathers were fluffed for the big day; Shelby Chiropractic Health Center where her shoes were checked to make sure she doesn’t need new orthotics before the 5K;Davis Meats where she ordered a ham for her holiday feast; and Northwood School where the student council is planning a food drive.
