Sidney Recreation Board
SIDNEY — The Sidney Recreation Board will meet Monday, Sept. 14, at 4:15 p.m. in City Council chambers.
The board will hear reports on this summer’s recreation program and the Vietnam wall replica visit.
Anna Local School Board of Education
ANNA — The Anna Board of Education will meet Monday, Sept. 14, at 6:30 p.m. in middle school room 209. The board will discuss school facilities, personnel, supplemental contracts and appropriations for fiscal year 2016.
Sidney City Council
SIDNEY — Sidney City Council will meet Monday at 6:30 p.m. in council chambers.
Council will witness the presentation of a Prostate Cancer Awareness proclamation.
Council will consider adopting ordinances to make supplemental appropriations and to codify ordinances. An ordinance will be introduced to assess the cost of weed cutting and junk removal.
Resolutions on the agenda would create a Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee, accept the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission, authorize submitting a proposal for federal transportation grants, authorize a contract regarding the Elderly and Disabled Fare Assistance Program, and authorize the establishment of a 27th pay fund.
Council will continue discussion of the five-year financial plan and, in an executive session, will consider the purchase of property for public purposes.
Jackson Center Village Council
JACKSON CENTER — Jackson Center Village Council will meet Monday at 7:30 p.m. in the village offices.
Council will consider an ordinance establishing job classifications and rates for village employees and a resolution accepting the rates and amounts as determined by the Budget Commission.
In an executive session, council will discuss purchase of real estate.
Tri-County Board of Recovery and Mental Health Services
TROY — The Tri-County Board of Recovery and Mental Health Services will meet Wednesday, Sept. 16, at 6:45 p.m. in the Marianne Helmlinger Board Room, 1100 Wayne St., Suite 4000, Troy. The meeting will include an executive session to discuss the executive director’s performance review and pending litigation.
Midwest Regional Educational Service Center
MCGUFFEY — The Midwest Regional Educational Service Center’s September regular monthly board meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 17, 2015, at Upper Scioto Valley Schools, which is located at 510 Courtright St., McGuffey, Ohio. The October regular monthly board meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Oct. 15, 2015, at Russia Local Schools, which is at 100 School Street, Russia, Ohio.
