TUESDAY

-4:18 a.m.: criminal trespass. Kory Harris, 27, 561 Stonecastle Court, Jodi Greve, 34, 1501 Grove St., and Kristofer Bertsch, 26, Anna, were arrested for criminal trespass at 1338 Tully Drive. Harris was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

MONDAY

-10:49 p.m.: theft. Cynthia Longcoy, 24, 208 Sophia Ave., reported the theft of gold engagement rings valued at $100.

-7:32 p.m.: warrant. Warren Powers, 27, 402 N. Walnut Ave., Apt. 2, was arrested on an active warrant.

-3:58 p.m.: misuse of credit card. It was reported the credit card belonging to Craig Howell, 53, 1337 Tully Drive was used in Texas without permission.

-9:43 a.m.: criminal trespass. Walmart on Michigan Street reported a person trespassed in the past returned to the business.

SUNDAY

-4:37 p.m.: theft. Debbie Baker, 57, 804 Clinton Ave., reported the theft of her temporary license plate.

-2 p.m.: burglary. Catherine Ashton, 56, 734 E. Court St., reported someone broke-out a back door window and stole a 42-inch and a 36-inch flat screen TV.

-1:40 p.m.: burglary. Wanda Herndon, 71, 810 E. Court St., reported the theft of miscellaneous towels, wash cloths and table cloths from 712 Broadway Ave.

-11:48 a.m.: identity theft. Marla Lauth, 48, 238 W. North St., reported someone used the bank card numbers of Todd Lauth, 51, 238 W. North St., to steal $151.

-9:53 a.m.: warrant. Karen Schloss, 50, 101 S. Pomeroy Ave., was arrested on a warrant.

-7:25 a.m.: theft. Stephanie Bennett, 38, 501 S. West Ave., reported the theft of a 5-foot lighted tree, and damage to a 5-foot lighted tree and a flower bed.

-3:28 a.m.: theft. Police investigated the report made by Howard Owen, 72, 517 Carey St., of the theft of his Chevy Malibu.

-1:17 a.m.: theft. Cindy Allen, 56, 520 N. Miami Ave., reported a window was damaged on her vehicle and the Ohio driver’s license, Rush money card and child support card of Jenny Stephens, 36, 406 E. Popular St., were taken from the vehicle at Allen’s residence.

SATURDAY

-10:18 p.m.: criminal mischief. Tiffany Bensman, 28, 1663 Fair Oaks Drive, reported multiple vehicles were egged.

-9:14 p.m.: drug abuse. Tiffany Crim, 19, Pemberton, was served a summons for drug abuse.

-6:25 p.m.: unruly juvenile. A 14-year-old female was charged with being unruly.

-5:31 p.m.: probation violation. Tara Wilson, 28, 434 ½ N. Miami Ave., was arrested for a probation violation.

-3:16 p.m.: criminal damaging. Damage to two tires and a scratch on the body of the vehicle owned by Mark Richardson, 40, 555 Gearheart Road, was reported.

-12:40 p.m.: identity theft. Gina Napier, 43, 733 W. North St., Apt. C, reported a possible fraud.

-10:10 a.m.: domestic violence. Brandon Smith, 34, 710 Taft St., was arrested for domestic violence.

-7 a.m.: probation violation. Onzal Poore, 54, at large, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

-2:18 a.m.: driving under the influence. John Doe, at large, was arrested for OVI and prohibited acts. Police are trying to determine the man’s identity.

FRIDAY

-8:18 p.m.: warrant. Quentin Blandinski, 30, at large, was arrested on an active warrant.

-5:48 p.m.: warrant. Jeremy Meyers, 39, 225 Clay St., was arrested on a warrant.

-12:12 p.m.: violate protection order. Dustin Thomas, 31, at large was arrested for violating a protection order.

-11:28 a.m.: resisting arrest. John Moorman Jr, 40, 532 N. Miami Ave., was arrested for obstructing official business, resisting arrest and failure to reinstate a license.

-11:22 a.m.: contempt. Aaron Singer, 32, Wapakoneta, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

-9:05 a.m.: identity theft. Carolyn Warner, 68, 400 Chestnut St., reported someone opened a Comcast account using her name.

THURSDAY

-10:48 p.m.: burglary. Virgil Woolley, 70, 558 Bon Air Drive, reported four 18-inch chrome Caccarat wheels, four 18-inch Cooper tires, an American Classic firearm and a .38 caliber firearm were stolen from his attached garage.

-2:34 p.m.: theft. A juvenile was arrested after Family Dollar Store on Wapakoneta Avenue reported the theft of two Monster energy drinks.

Crashes

Joseph Pike, 15, 826 Spruce Ave., was cited with operation without being in control after a collision on Sunday at 2:44 a.m.

Pike was traveling westbound on West Russell Road and when attempting to turn left at the intersection of Port Jefferson Road he struck a street sign, curb, fire hydrant and then another tree.

Pike was transported to Wilson Health by Sidney Medics.

• Andrew Joines, 42, 741 Chestnut Ave., was cited with starting and backing after a collision on Saturday at 11:22 a.m.

Joines was backing-up and struck a parked vehicle owned by Shonda Heath, 776 Countryside Apt. 10., in front of 746 Chestnut Ave.

Fire, rescue

TUESDAY

-12:53 to 8:30 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to two calls.

MONDAY

-11:40 p.m.: fire. Firefighters responded to 1630 Ferguson Ave. for a false fire alarm.

-8:23 a.m.: fire. Crews responded to Emerson Climate Technologies on Brooklyn Avenue on a general fire alarm due to a system malfunction.

-2:28 a.m. to 11:09 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to eight calls.

-12:55 a.m.: fire. Crews responded to Amherst Drive on the report of a kitchen fire.

SUNDAY

-1:31 to 10:21 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to 11 calls.
