A lesson in government


Sidney Vice Mayor Mardie Milligan talks to a group of Tipp City students about what the Sidney City Council does to keep the City of Sidney running. The students came to the Sidney courthouse Friday, Feb. 24 to learn about the different branches of government. The tour was lead by Shelby County Historical Society Director Tilda Phlipot. Shelby County Commissioner Tony Bornhorst also spoke about what county commissioners do to manage a county.
