The board will consider e-pollbooks, August’s special election, the policies and procedures handbook and voting unit repair.
Sidney City Schools Board of Education
SIDNEY — The Sidney City Schools Board of Education will meet Monday, May 15, at 6 p.m. at the board of education office.
The board will consider lunch prices, resignations, the five-year forecast and employment contracts and approve students for graduation before moving into executive session.
Hardin-Houston Board of Education
HOUSTON — The Hardin-Houston Local School District Board of Education will meet Monday, May 15, at 7 p.m. in the media center.
Items on the agenda include approving the 5-year forecast, personnel issues and renewing the district’s membership in the Ohio Athletic Association.
Fort Loramie Board of Education
FORT LORAMIE — The Fort Loramie Local Schools Board of Education will meet in regular session, Monday, May 15, at 7 p.m., in the media center.
Access Engineering Solutions will make a presentation about its concept of the new parking lot.
The board will consider a revised five-year forecast, accept resignations and approve employment contracts, approve graduating students, approve advertising for project bids and move into executive session.
Minster Board of Education
MINSTER — The Minster Local Schools Board of Education will meet in regular session, Monday, May 15, at 8:30 p.m. in the Elementary School Large Group Meeting Room.
The board will consider approval of 2017 graduates contingent upon meeting requirements, revisions of the NEOLA, membership in the West Central Ohio Assistive Technology Center Consortium, Minster Teachers Association contract, and personnel recommendations. An executive session is planned to discuss the employment and compensation of a public employee.
Sidney Records Commission
SIDNEY — The Sidney Records Commission will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, May 17, 2017, at 4 p.m. in the administrative conference room in City Hall, 201 W. Poplar St.
The commission will meet for the purpose of the disposal of municipal corporation records and to review applications for one-time disposal of obsolete records and schedules of records retention and disposition submitted by municipal offices.

The board will consider a sewage treatment system variance request by Right on Excavation LLC, accept resignations of two public health nurses and a harm reduction program.
