NEW BREMEN — New Bremen Local Schools Board of Education has named Jason Schrader, of New Bremen, to be superintendent of schools.

Schrader was hired during a meeting of the board, Wednesday, May 31, on a one-year contract at a salary of $102,809. He will replace Dr. Andrea Townsend, who had resigned, effective July 31. The two will work together to facilitate the transition.
