THURSDAY

-9:39 p.m.: assault. Devin Fleming, 29, 94 Brooklyn Ave., reported he was assaulted by an unknown person in the 300 block of East North Street.

-5:15 p.m.: theft. Brian Edwards, 37, 826 N. Main Ave., was arrested for theft at the intersection of South Highland Avenue and Rauth Street.

-4:21 p.m.: receiving stolen property. Officers investigated a theft complaint at 219 S. West Ave., Apt. 1.

-1:39 p.m.: criminal trespass. Tevin Tevis, 25, was arrested for possession of drugs and criminal trespass.

-5:41 a.m.: theft. Daniel Fogt, 21, 1001 Fourth Avenue, Lot 48, reported a black jacket and a pair of silver and gray pants were stolen from his vehicle.
