Lauren Bergman, 14, of Fort Loramie, daughter of Amy Bergman, member of Girl Scouts, won best of class (cadette) in the arts with her painted umbrella at the fair.

Vanessa Fitzgerald, 10, of Jackson Center, daughter of Rebecca Fitzgerald, member of Shelby County Livestock, won state fair qualifier and outstanding of the day with her pocket pets at the fair.
