SIDNEY — The City of Sidney will be holding a ground breaking ceremony for its Water Source and Transmission Line projects.

This historic ceremony marks the culmination of a vision nurtured for nearly 60 years.

The event will be held near the terminus of the Canal Feeder Trail in Graceland Cemetery, 975 S. Main Ave. on Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2015, at 10:30 a.m.
