Walking path dedicated to Anna Mayor Bob Anderson

Anna Mayor Bob Anderson gives a short speech after a ribbon cutting to the new walking path extension in the Anna Park on Sunday, Oct. 11. There was a donor who gave $40,000 to see that the path was developed. The path was dedicated to Anderson for his lifetime contributions to the betterment of the Anna community. Anderson will not be running for Mayor again this November. At the end of the year, Anderson will complete five years as mayor of the village. He also served on council for five years. He has lived in the village for almost 60 years. Pictured behind him are his three children, Julia, Dan and Amy.
