Komminsk Legacy Park construction taking shape

0

New Bremen Mayor Jeff Pape gives a tour of the massive additions under construction at Komminsk Legacy Park in New Bremen Friday. To the right of Pape is a permanent slide built into the side of a hill. Behind Pape is terraced seating that will face a fountain built into the ground where jets of water will randomly shoot up from. A lion statue for kids to play on is coming. Outdoor instruments such as drums and a xylophone like instrument will also be coming. A restroom with changing rooms is also being built. Construction is estimated to be finished in April. The project is being funded in part by Dianne Komminsk.
