Students pay tribute to veterans


Minster Elementary School students watch as U.S. military veterans have their names called during a Minster Local Schools veterans tribute Friday. Veterans were first introduced by service branch. Presentation of colors was done by Minster Boy Scouts troop 44 and Girl Scouts Troop 20312. Students sang during the event and the Minster High School band performed. The American Legion Auxiliary gave out essay awards. The guest speaker was Minster High School graduate and U.S. Marine Corps veteran Anthony Bergman.
