MCCARTYVILLE — The McCartyville Producers 4-H Club recently met for their first meeting of 2016.

Many new members and cloverbuds were welcomed into the club. A normal business meeting was held, including the election of new officers. The new elected officers are Elizabeth Landis, president; Derek Wolters, vice president; Mindy Schmitmeyer, secretary; Ryan Bruns, treasurer; Liz Michael, news reporter; Nathan Poeppelman, Recreation Officer; Audrey Barhorst, Health and Safety Officer; Owen Michael, community service officer.

The next meeting will be Feb. 21 at 5:30 p.m. in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church basement.
